Determine the success profiles for Tesla leaders in partnership with senior leaders and the Human Resources leadership team that align to our leadership principles.
•Develop an innovative, cutting-edge leadership development curriculum for new managers through senior levels that supports Tesla’s leadership principles.
•Execute the leadership development strategy through a blend of in-person workshops, online seminars, elearning, performance support tools, assessments, and other innovative resources.
•Ensure learning strategies are effective by evaluating results and implementing course corrections. Keep stakeholders informed of results and progress.
•Roll out development rotation programs to support our organizational growth strategy.
•Research, evaluate, and leverage best practices of other organizations to expand the quality and accessibility of leadership development to target audiences.
•Create systems to identify participants. Market learning opportunities and track completions.
