Sales Manager Roermond
As Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing the going concern business activity in Germany while exploring opportunities for revenue and profitable growth.
Therefore your main tasks are:
• Managing a team of Sales representatives and Back Office Employees on daily basis
• Assuring an excellent representation of our company in the German market
• Striving for continuous optimizations to generate adequate Gross Margin and control Distribution costs
• Preparation and realization of the yearly budget for the German sales activity
• Focussing on customer satisfaction, employee engagement and efficiency
• Securing a monthly reporting of the sales activity
• Recruiting, training, development and motivation of staff
You will report directly to the Regional director in Belgium.
• You hold an Engineering or a Master degree
• You already built up some Sales experience in a B2B environment
• Fluency in German and English is a must; you are familiar to the German culture
• Your communication skills make you able to enter into challenging negotiations
• Our Sales Manager Germany is results oriented with a strong business acumen
• You have the ability to think strategically and are technically talented
• Your strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence make you able to manage, develop and motivate people
• Some experience in a sales role related to technical or architectural building products and/or exposure to project business is an asset
• You are willing to travel through Germany
